Step by Step

Our Workflow

Requirement Analysis

Client provides pipe load data, operating temperature, displacement values, and applicable standards. Our engineers review and confirm design parameters.

Design & Calculation

Spring rates, travel, load capacities, and housing dimensions are calculated per MSS SP-58 / SP-69. Finite element checks for critical applications.

Material Procurement

Spring wire, housing steel, and hardware sourced from approved vendors with full mill test certificates. Incoming inspection before release to production.

Spring Coiling

CNC spring coiling machines produce springs to precise pitch, diameter, and length tolerances. Stress-relief heat treatment applied post-coiling.

05

Assembly & Calibration

Housing, spring, travel indicators, and hardware assembled. Each unit set to specified cold load on calibrated test rig. Load-deflection chart generated.

06

Quality & Dispatch

Final dimensional and functional inspection. Painting, marking, and packing per client specification. Documentation package prepared for despatch.
